Thank you for this video, it’s was very helpful for me. Do you think that a bit of WD-40 might make the ball socket any easier to remove?

2006 headlight

Any tips for one that is hard to pull out due to presumably rust?

VonSpyder says:

I should point out that this video is accurate for ALL Buick rendezvous model years. They never changed the headlights except for the turn signal coloring which didn't affect the hardware.

VonSpyder says:

That ball catch was a pain!

Eugene Marsh Jr. says:

I have a 2003 Buick rendezvous an my whole light is stripped so does that mean I need a whole new head light

Sun Kara says:

Thanks for the video!! I am a female and I was going to change mines, I just went out side and the right one was out, make long story short , I just so happen to tap the head light and it came on!! I didn’t need one after all, when I got an antifreeze flush they probably made a mistake and touched it or loosened the wire or something, but I’m glad it came back on, just make sure it’s snapped on or tap it before replacing it! I will use this video just in case, I have a 2004, Thanks again for the video!! Subscribed!

Excellent video, and very helpful.  You made this job a breeze, and I didn't even have to read my owners' manual to see how to do it.  Thanks!
