There are screwdrivers that hold the screw either with prongs or are magnetic. With stainless screws I’ve also used a little piece of the sticky cork wrap for refrigeration. But anything sticky such as tape, can help hold the screw to get it started so the screw doesn’t fall inside the panel. I’m searching for instructions for replacing the window sweep molding on the outside on an 01 Regal. These run around $63.00 each from the dealer. The rubber sweep is dry & cracked & the seal is rotted.
