the wool pad is the most agressive I use the 3m super duty compoud or the I think its called 3m 1200 and up its in a yellow bottle or ardex 100 plus. for the foam pad 3m fakes a foam pad polish and swirl mark remover. best to use after them is a spray on polish and wipe with a microfiber rag. other tips i can give you keep the buffer moving slow set the speed at 800 to 1000 rpm it lowers the chance of burning threw edges and leaving swirl marks. hope this helps you out
what kind of compunds do you use to buff? can you give me the names im berly getting into wet sanding and buffing i want to know wich is used for cutting with the wool pad and the foam pad compund for removing swirls

I would hate to sand and buff outside. its hard to see the grane and make it look right under floresent lights. Dont get it to slick Mike. You make it look to good you might end up painting the hole car.
