oi when you replace your opit spark do you have to replace that circle
thing in the back of it i didnt see one i just replaced the rotor and
distur thats thats all i didnt go any deeper but should i do it then? well
let me know maybe thats why its been acting up or something the end 😛
I dont know if you already got the answer but the vaccuum vent hose came to
the B and D body in 94 and to the F-body (camaro, corvette) in 95. So it
could be original since that blue bend is original styling.
It is true that 1994 Vettes, Firebirds and Camaros did not have that vacuum
system to keep moisture out of the Optispark, but the B bodies, like
Impala, Caprice and Roadmaster had that vacuum vent system beginning in
1994, Your Optispark seems to be factory original.

That would have went into the intake.
that actually is a factory fitting
I am looking forward to seeing the conclusion of this project.
@dogbyte555 I hope to have it done next weekend. Gathering parts now.
@JAMESS30288 yup, my 95 Trans Am has the same fitting.

I am not certain when GM made the change, it may have been a mid year
thing.
