I love your DIYs; great close-up shots with great explanations. Keep up the
good work; all of us surely need it!
I have made repairs like this and have found my work was ruined once I had
to replace tires. the device tire shops use removed the hardened putty and
exposed the ugly curb rash.
Very cool
Excellent video. Thank you.
I’m going to try this in the summer when it’s warmer outside.
Hey Otto,
Thanks for the video. Could you use that paint to just paint the wheels cuz
mine are stained from Brake dust I’m guessing…
what happens when you get new tires and the lets say, put a wheel weight on
that spot? Would it crack off?
Is there anything you recommend to clean brake dust off of wheels? I can’t
seem to get it off my e46 wheels. I’m almost thinking about re-painting
them with this alloy paint, any thoughts? Thanks!
Very good lesson
As always, informative video.
Can you please tell me what color paint I need (and how much) to repaint
all four of the stock wheels on my 2003 BMW X5 ? Thank you.
How does this repair stand up to tire levers and the mechanical tyre
remover at the tyre shop?
aren’t files supposed to have 1 direction of filing ?
