TIG it W/tungsten never Mig it. When working on Corinthian Aluminum Alloy at lease you used a tram. Always the same number or Rivets and or Welds making it stronger or softer is never a good thing.. I give props but Safety is #1 for you the repairer but most of all who going to be setting in the passenger seat one day.. The Safest way to be should be install a The Apron/Rail Assembly…LKQ called it a T/L for a reason not sure how your state "TN" Re-Titles cars but hay i am not buying it..
