is there a trick for the inner belt tensioner.. i can get the left side to
move exsctly like you show in the video but the the left side, there is an
upper and lower on the right side and i cant get either of those two to
move at all.
Hi Frank, You might have a hydraulic tensioner. – The hydraulic tensioners
to be different for each belt. – However, the mechanical tensioners to be
the same for both belts.

Thanks for the info, i finally got it. what a pain. I had to change the
Alternator and couldnt figure how to reduce the tension on the second
pulley.
