would charge i guess about $200+tax the serpentine belt make your selv a
belt routing diagram before you take it off cause you just wont find one
out there. If you need more help with that just ask. 92 318is with new

How can you hit a positive wire if the ground is removed from the battery?
You do understand how DC works….Right
Yes I understand how DC works and if you only disconnect only the ground
terminal from the battery you can still spark an arc if a positive wire
touches a ground this ia why when working with airbags you must not only
disconnect the battery but must also remove the airbag fuse. Safer to
remove both + and –
Hey A1, I am looking at a really nice 1992 318is with a bunch of goodies
(m3 wheels, coilovers, and other nice facelifts… the owner wants 1800$
What he is describing sounds a hell-of-alot like this. I have done many
jobs in the past like honda headgaskets timing belts etc.. what is the
difficulty of removing the serpentine belt and the oil filter housing? how
much would this cost from a shop? The car i might buy has 180k but has had
timing chain and guide/tensioners all changed…I subscribed!
one more thing when removing the housing if there are mor then 2 staggered
bolts gae a piece of cardboard an poke holes with the bolt pattern so that
the same bolts go in the samr holes when replacing. Oh if you need web
