After ecu changing on my bmw e 90 320d… Navigation(gps only) is not working anymore and as well heating seats not working. Any ideea what can be wrong?

I had got a ecu problem, I changed ecu but it's not working. I mean even I can not start the engine. Because of ews. It is called immobilizer commonly. If you change ecu, you must do coding or change ews, door key, start key, trunk key. I did not only mean keys but also key sylinder. I did it with used ones on ebay because it is cheaper and easier than coding!
