Great video what series was this car ?
Not any measurable amount. You really need a full intake for that not just
the filter.
Not right, The German ADAC has tested the normal filter, a K&N and a JR.
Best result was the normal filter. The car only seems to go better, because
the sound is better, but that is all. Try a chiptuning, i got 18 PS more
and have 209 NM. It is a BMW 116i with the 2 l machine.

Not sure, the K&N website should tell you exactly which one to buy
It increases HP a minimal amount. It’s real purpose is just to keep your
engine working more efficiently with less maintenance. You might also gain
slightly better fuel economy too.
question, i bought a 2001 325ci bout a month ago the previous owner change
it to a cold air intake idk what brand the filter is but i want to get a
k&n can i buy just the filter or do i have to get the hose also ? and
another think my filter box does not have the cover is that bad ?

That original one looks like a fram, it should be the same as OEM
haha you can remove the filter and drive around just with the box, THIS
does sound better than any exhaust system… but you’d ony do this in
wintertime when there is no dust flying around. just put a rag over the
intake 😀 this will hold the most harmful away from the engine 😉 But stil
i’d never recommend it 😀 because in fact it IS never a good idea to drive
around without a air filter… and here in germany it is illegal (cuz the
car is “too loud”)

There is no noticeable sound difference. You would need to cold air intake,
this is just the filter.
simple green is awesome, i use it in my bong and now to clean my air filter!
So you’re putting a pointless sticker on your intake box? And you need it
there so mechanic can see it? Please, learn to work on your own car and
never, I mean never, mess with it again if you don’t know how to work on it.
