Hi Sir, are you able to tell me from where you got these light?
Should've used a plastic pry tool, not a screwdriver.
I am instead going to mask the area, polish, wrap with uv film.
If you don't wanna risk damaging paint use cloth around screwdriver or something plastic.
Got new ones on eBay for 15$ for my 04 330ci they're the same light style in video, but when trying to push the new lights in they don't push in all the way. My old lights push in super smooth. I pushed pretty hard, while also making sure to be gentle. Help please?

Are they LED?
Just bought a pair of these for my 330ci as mine have gone really yellow. Hopefully will give it a lift. Going to coat them in jet seal to protect them from the UV Rays.
