damn, sad to hear. maybe the flat metal retracting spring is broken or the
latch that holds and releases the slider is not working properly. I guess
if you’re in the mood to pull it out again you could check those. sorry to
hear they are acting up still.

I just got a used BMW & the driver’s side was stuck.. I followed his
instructions (PRETTY SIMPLE) = Got it to work! Thank You
