Use your foot and your body weight to break the lug nuts loose instead of
your arms. It is much easier. Good video!

Next time when you loosen the bolts on the tire, put the “tire iron” handle
to the left of the bolt so that you can use your weight to brake the bolts
loose. (Going up, like you we’re doing, is working too hard…) hope I
helped a bit
