If the OEM screen size is the smaller 6.5", will this screen convert it to the widescreen? Or does it merely "stretch" the font? And make it look warped. thanks!

best wiring video period. wish i saw this before my install would have saved me hrs of searching trials and errors. One question though. if my systems sound was coming through the radio without the 2.5 wire before putting everything back together then it doesn't after all back together, could have that been something in the settings that I might have accidentally hit or just one of the wires being not properly connected when pushing everything back. How do you know where what's the difference between the ones that don't need the 2.5 mm and the ones that do. now one thing to that is odd the Google navigation from the Android system comes through the factory and sound system but nothing else from the Android system does without the e 2.5. I would appreciate your help thank you

I bought a similar item like this for my BMW E70 X5M. But suddenly it doesn't work when I touch the screen to switch to Android mode. Now I can only see the regular BMW settings screen. Is there a way to reset the software if the software crashed?

2011 Bmw x5 with gps … my auxiliary port and Bluetooth doesn’t work on factory. But I’m still able to listen to radio cds and watch movies. Will the unit work without having my auxiliary port working? Do I really need it?
