Vehicle Virals says:

Update: Looks like there was a recent price increase on the door handle kit and no longer $25. Also, I don’t think E92/E93 owners are affected as much since they have leather door handles.

Nathan B58 says:

Great video brother as always, but I feel like the kit should have come with washers nice size ones more surface area for the screws to hold onto. It looks like they want to go through the other side of the plywood also a little Loctite on the screws so they don’t back out overtime with pulling

Frank Silva says:

This happened to my 2012 e92, garage kept with only 40k miles.

Klas Peppar says:

Laughs in Volvo superiority.

Dan G says:

My e93 is half leather, the back side where the hand goes doesn’t seem to have this sticky stuff. It is peeling a bit though, so I’m guessing they used different materials

David Barahona says:

YES E90 Videos

Nick N says:

It’s because of the lotion people use. If you don’t use coconut based oils it won’t happen lol.

Guyler Quintal says:

That’s that Florida weather

Daniel Allen says:

I was in a neighbors e90 328i and it was a hot California day. And I put my finger print in the handle. It got stuck to my hand

Carol98 says:

BMW's are way overpriced plastic JUNK!!! Amazing all the sheeple who buys this JUNK CAR just because having a bmw makes them feel cool!!!

King crook says:

I just replaced all 3 on my e90 sedan cause of the same reason

Jack Sampson says:

I'm not sure about their biggest fail but it is huge!!! I've seen this on so many bimmers. Just really can't believe a luxury car manufacturer has this issue.

Mark T says:

Good job my e93 011 has 75,000 miles on it and all my door handles are like mint I suspect these guys in Germany don't worry about sweating in the heat LOL

NotMuchiQ says:

My 15 qx50 interior is A1 sits outside also idk great material inside

A’daer Izzie de’Djette says:

soft touch coatings are very suceptible to degradation like this. they are probably made with silicone, which starts to deteriorate once it comes into contact with finger grease or other oil or silicone based fluids. Many types of cleaners, protectants fluids and lubricants have silicone in them and will wreak havoc on coated pieces or silicone based products, Also, BMW window trim can deteriorate in the same way if it comes into contact with the wrong chemical (which i haven't been able to nail down yet)

Colin Chandler says:

you should report it that a defect could have given you'll cancer or something if it was your design they would not let you get away with it
