Thanks for making this, I am going to change my battery on my 1998 r1200c
and this is so much better than a manual.

I have a year 1 bike…1998. No quick disconnects on the fuel line. It is
a pain to disconnect as it is rubber hose going to plastic line. I just
swiveled the tank left and set it down on the frame and a well placed
childrens high chair and did not have to disconnect the fuel lines.
Remember your ant-acids because it a bit precarious and nerve wracking.
Also my tank mount bolts had large plastic washers between the frame and
tank. Blue lock-tite on the tank mount bolts is your friend. My left one
was so loose i removed by hand.
