Hi ros that button works like a bomb,i thought it was just a light but
after installing it everything changes.steering wheel becomes stable,
engine has a super kick. I drive E60 523i – 2007 model I have also coded my
cd drive to read/play mp3.(this is holasix from south Africa) THANKS FOR

in my e60 530d manual,its seems to rev quicker with less pedal
pressure,doesnt make it any quicker just throttle mapping is altered so
less pedal give more gas ,no change on a manual 0-60 time tho.., also
alters (newer models) electronic assisted steering , best on a auto but
works on manual,but no quicker ,best on a 550 auto!!

does it work at bmw 520i 2004 E60 ?
Question Is this switch a momentary switch or a latching switch. I ask
because my car is brushed aluminum inside and I will need to get a
different color to match the interior. I might just need the cable only
from you unless you can sell it with a brushed aluminum button.

video (after a long head ache getting all the coding software working). I’m
buying one of these buttons from you on eBay right now. Can’t wait to

Dang! Just installed my “old” sport button tonight and found this video.
Its like buying an Apple. Obsolete immediately.
ive personally seen it work on my 525i, a buddys 530 and a 545i. their isnt
really any specific model it works with, no is their anything anywhere that
says it will work for any model. it is a button you can get from BMW (not
like the one in my video) but if you read the comments on my previous video
from people WHO HAVE TRIED IT, you will see everyone is pretty pleased with
the results
Also, if I installed your old sport button, how do I remove the previous
pins out? Do they pop out?

Do you know if the throttle response will sharpen up on a manual? I’m
assuming the steering will definitely become heavier as I have servotronic

m3 and install it on the row of buttons where the Dsc button is?

far as ive seen, its worked on various models from 2004-2007, 2008 they
relocated the module to the glovebox, but i dont have a lci car to show an
install on that one so ill just stick to saying 04-07, ive seen these cable
work on 525,530,545, 550 personally. i havnt had someone email that has
tried the button themselves and tell me it didnt work, but still i always
have to say the results vary from car to car,
what models of the E60 does the sports button work with ?
i ordered the vinyl from ebay. its just a test piece, i plan to do all the
wood trim carbon fiber. ill try make a how to wrap video.
Roskinc I’m debating on v6 Turbo or v8 series…which is more reliable on
engine maintenance ?
yes, in the connector you will see a tiny hole, you stick a paper clip in
it and push down the locking tab of the connector and it slides out. i will
post a video on the removal of pins off of connectors very soon.
Do you know where the cable in LCI models is at? I can rip my dash apart to
try this out on my 2008 550i. Otherwise I have to get the SAT retrofit.
