its more cost effective if you do it yourself. plus its fun lol

Killian665 says:

Super sprint sells exhausts for everything. Very expensive though. They
don’t always come in kits though, you buy all the parts and put it together

Dumitru M. Dobre says:

Is it possible to install this on a 1998 323is?.. Really hope so

PhantomMark says:

Awesome well done indeed 😉

J. G. Valenzuela says:

Does using the Metallic Cats help pass emission testing? I sure hope so..
I’m in CA.

cali311soca says:

That engine is remarkably clean

bimmermilan says:

@ssdh22accord he was refering to the diameter of the stud not the diameter
of the copper nut. And the copper nut is actually a 13mm.

jonalmighty says:

yea this is ok, there’s a lot of other stuff he doesn’t cover when taking
out the headers, I mean, It’s a LOT of work, easily an entire day even with
a lift and all. you need to drain the radiator, which he already did, make
sure you remember which O2 sensor cables go where, and make sure you
disconect the the cable underneath the radiator overflow box, be careful
not to strip the plastic pieces on the wire harness. and make sure you have
a torx set for the back bolts to the section 2

ssdh22accord says:

FYI, the mounts he was talkin about the 2x 8mm nuts on the passenger side
and the 4x 8mm nuts on the driver side are 12mm not 8mm. i dont know what
he was smoking that day.

Chris Erdei says:

hi! i have a question..maybe you can help me. i have to change the precat
oxygen sensor for cyclinders 4-5-6. as you know there is not alot of space
down there. can you give me some tips about how should i remove that
sensor???

At8000RPM . says:

OMFG! The whole set-up is $7733 on ModBargins . com!!!! I can’t afford that!

LiLRJ55 says:

there should be more videos like this on youtube

bmxmax says:

great video! I’m about to install headers on mine.Super helpfull. thanks
for doing this

jdm96specctr says:

wrong bolt sizes, its 16mm for the cross brace and 13mm for the other
braces and the exhaust.. and so on

528im52 says:

@JValenz55 While it helps in most cases, any time you go with a cat that
flows more than the factory cat you will have issues passing emissions
testing.

jo5566200 says:

because it’s straight 6 engine… only one side exhaust…

zeo neo says:

awesome! Love these diy videos.

jon perrin says:

would it just be easier to get it done at a shop?

Alex Protopapas says:

exept from the headers does that also fits in a e46 318Ci 1,9?

LAPAIX87 says:

Quick question BMP Designs, i just purchased a 1992 bmw 325is, im
experiencing a lack of stabliztion in the rear end. I have located the
problem, but i do not know what that part is called. I found the part with
in the video. It is seen 20 – 24 seconds of this video and it is to the
right of the flanges, Looks like a black cylinder with a silver inner
circle. What is the name of that part? Please help BMP designs
