Great job. Thanks i am about to do this job. Only comment would be to not
use the screwdriver to pry directly against the paint; you could use a rag
as a buffer between or find another surface to pry against. Could damage
the paint and cause the engine bay to start rusting. But not a huge deal.

great video. while your in there, its always a good idea to replace the
hoses on the upper and lower. its been my experience that when you have a
chance and you are in the E46, replace as much as you can. especially if
you are replacing parts due to aging. chances are everything else is aging.
so in this instance, replace the hoses and also consider replacing the
radiator. believe it or not, replacing the entire cooling system is
extremely easy on these cars. and cheap if parts ordered online.
