You MUST disconnect your negative on the battry BEFORE removing door panel.
Otherwise you risk deploying the air bag.

as i recall the mirror memory is a square module that is held down by two
phillips screw drivers and is behind the door panel. If thats the module
you are refering to, then just remove panel and remove both screws and
module should come off. Hope that helps. good luck
