BMW e46 325i how to change the rear spark plug without removing the cabin air filter.
Can’t you just move the cabin filter housing out?

to remove the spark plug, you notice this extension thing is in the way. So use two small extensions. But first pull out this tube thing. BMW is always putting things in the way
