Thanks for this video! I’ll definitely use this to help me install a carbon
spoiler to my SL550.

hp118 says:

john, i have a mercedes c-class and i was going to install a spoiler too.
but i was wondering how the 3m tape is holding up for you. heard that
sometimes the spoiler can fly off on the highway if jsut using 3m tape so a
layer of urethane needs to be added. what are your expericees.. thanks.

Sagar Patel says:

Wow man good job. I am thinking about getting a 135i or an Evo X cant make
my mind. I like the 135i in Alpine white or Jet Black or the sapphire black
metallic. Wat color is urs JB or SBM

John, What would you suggest for an automatic 135i? I want big improvements
on the way it sounds.

enterdan says:

good job, it look really clean =O, props man

Kimfarley Heng says:

I used an adhesive epoxy to make it stick(it’ll hold for forever) i believe
it was called 40/50??

jtuds says:

Can you explain the process of spraying the trunk with the soap and water
mix before putting the spoiler In place? Also, once you stuck the spiller
on the trunk how long did you press it down and how long did u wait before
driving?

Juan Alamo says:

thanks for the video well done!

BranPSU13 says:

what are your monthly payments like? cuz i really want to see if i can
lease the 135i for 2 years but im not sure if ill be able to afford it…i
would just go to the bmr dealership and check out my options but i havnt
really had to time…

Ado Mujcic says:

What if your spoiler is bolted to your trunk? I can remove the factory
spoiler but then I need to plug up the holes because the new spoiler is a
custom and the bolts are not the same length apart.

BulletProofSoul74 says:

Classic BMW… Looks great with that spoiler. I have the 128i, love these
cars!!!

Nice work. I donno how ppl like you get the courage to do stuff like that.
I am getting my 135i Convertible in a few dayz and all I am doing is the
Dinan chip and bmw exhust. But i am definalty not doing any of that myself.

Johnl135i says:

I can handle the little mods on the car. I would recommend the JB3 for your
convertible and the Riss Racing exhaust…enjoy the vert, very nice car.

andy godoy says:

Im doing this to my c300 2009, is it safe?

zoeyC18 says:
