This video shows how to fix rear led lights on 2011 BMW X3 F25. To do that I used $30 board I purchased on ebay. There are plenty of those available out there.

very very helpful video. appreciate it so much. I bought the chip from Amazon easily available on Prime for $30 replaced both chips of my faulty tail lamps and saved $600 as quoted by BMW
