In this video I will Show you Exactly what it takes to Service a C5 Audi A6 with a 2.7L BiTurbo Engine (1998-2005) But this Procedure will be the same or very similar for other VW products like VW Passats, Audi A4’s, S4’s with 1.8L Turbo, 2.8L DOHC, 2.7L and 3.0L Engines as well. And Also for newer models of these cars I am going to take an educated guess and say this info will be very helpful too.

I should have probably been more clear on this, but the point of this video wasn't to sh8t on Audi's. But simply letting people out there that are not familiar with Audi's know maintaining an Audi isn't the same as maintaining a Toyota Corolla. For the right person with either the know how or the money to keep these maintained, owning an Audi is an absolute pleasure.
Was your PS pulley siezed up on the cylinder it sits in? I'm doing my timing belt on a 2.8 and took the bolts off and it feels like it's one solid piece to the pump. I pull the thing and it's just pulling the whole car.
Beavis sounds like my missus.

Bla bla on and on dam
I have no use or respect for a manufacturer who deliberately designs a vehicle to discourage routine maintenance!
Hey just wanted to let you know.
First of all thank you very much for your Audi A6 2.7T videos. I wrecked my 2001 Audi A6 2.7T a month ago and did not want it insurance totaled since it belonged to my loving woman who passed away 6 months ago at age 32 2days after her bday from a fatal asthma attack. I found your videos very informative and helpful especially when points during the repairz became stubborn and frustration was beginning to best me. Your videos showed my stubborn repairs whos boss.
Secondly i noticed one thing that you said incorrectly in this video.. that said though its the first thing ive known to be incorrect from your videos. And that was when referring to your lower coolant host that connects to radiator you said that a coolant temp sensor connects there. But its actually the Engine coolant electronic fan switch that is connected there and the coolant temp sensor is connected behind the engine passenger side
In all though thank you for the help you have provided me.
I’m about to buy my first car and I’m about to be 18 and I want a Audi which do you recommend me ?
I'll stick to my Chevrolet Silverado
Thanks for your video, I've had this 2001 A6 2.7T which auto trans had been in limp mode for a long while, I've had to change the auto transmission with no change. However, I love this car and don't want to give up on it; so I've decided to convert to a manual transmission. Two things I'd like to know however is what specs of manual trans will work for the car and also to ask what I need to check before I finally do the conversion? Thanks.
A video on buying an Audi S6 v10 would be great. These have dropped to the 10k level and are great cars. Then another one on replacing the intake and doing the decarbon procedure. Jhmotorsports sells the parts and cleaners, but a video doing it would be great. Also other common issues like upper control arms and leaking cam actuators. What upgraded exhaust sounds good.
If you have time and moneys to waste this is the car right for you.
German engineering. I don't get it. Everybody talks about what great engineers are germans, but if you think about it if something is engineered to be difficult and expensive to fix that's just lazy engineering.
Why do you think European vehicles are engineered this way?
cant remember it took me 16hrs on one model
I have done the timing belt on my civic and honestly this does not look that bad by comparison.
pussy belt in the front is heaven compared to timing chain in the back
Yeap! Honda it is….I like to keep things simple
AUDI …Always Under Diagnostic Inspection
What to watch for? Dont watch for anything avoid any German car at all costs
