VW/Audi 2.0T FSI Fuel Pump cam follower DIY repair/Install

VW/Audi 2.0T FSI Fuel Pump cam follower DIY repair/Install

My 2.0T FSI was having a low fuel pressure issue which is typically the cam follower or bucket wearing out. Easy cars (2006/2007) seem to have this issue more then the later models so I assume that VW improved the metallurgy used in the cam follower.

I had already removed the pump, so this is a re-install video. Removal is fairly straight forward and you’ll likely get the idea by watching this video.

Cam Follower is 06D-109-309-C
Seal is WHT-005-184
