The #v8 #audi #r8 ex rally project continues. This car has a never ending amount of dirt stuck everywhere you don’t want it! It quickly became apparent that it was going to need more than just normal cleaning methods. So as we continue with the rebuild we had the car dry ice blasted and also got some parts powder coated too!

CHRIS, Bilt Hamber Deox-c powder is brilliant for de-rusting stuff, put whatever you want to clean put in a tub with a lid sprinkle Deox-C over the items then fill tub with boiling water completely covering the items put lid on leave over night. next morning you will have perfectly rust free items, rinse off to get the film off then pour away the water (Deox-C is biodegradable).

Why don't you invest in a Ultrasonic machine to sort out all the rusty bolts/parts, it will be so much better!

Yes bit of a laugh taking an old vw beetle around a field to thrash it
But was it not an expensive car ?
Was something wrong with it he decided just to trash it or was it more he’s rich and money doesn’t come into it, so just wanted to wreck it for a laugh ?
