Wayne Ashby says:

That first dent could have been easily pulled out with a toilet plunger in
about 10 seconds.

skillz1855 says:

Why not reach in the trunk and pop the biggest one out could’ve saved about
14 min ( considering it took 15 )

tomy10002 says:

Do you think that it can work with a motorcycle fuel tank ??

Shane Hancock says:

Really tho it works. Before aerosol there was a cold wet rag…..

itube612 says:

pretty impressive !!!

jimships says:

This works as long as the metal is not streached beyond the yield point, at
which point you must compress the metal back to an acceptable shape.

Tom Nguyen says:

I wasn’t 3 cans of air, reheated the area 4 5 minutes long but nothing,

Who wants to melt the paint on their car? Lol the people who are dumb
enough to try this

marcus raidien says:

The smaller dent is in an area where it is double wall construction, this
might be dissipating the heat, (the wheel well part of the fender might be
allowing an air space between the parts and closed off it works as a
barrier. So that bouncing your hand around the dent would not work. I will
try your technique on my double wall constructed Mercedes and get back to
you. The steel used in a Mercedes is like US steel for a Ford. The Steel on
any Japanese car is high in sulfur and potassium.

andy rojas says:

I say it “worked” got rid of most of the ugly…much less noticeable dent
to live with.

La D. Da says:

pffffttt…if the body panel was a bubble…maybe this would work…since
its a solid sheet of metal, this is pointless! it does not work, this is a
total joke and many cans of air have been bought and used for just video
purposes alone.

Adel Delprado says:

genius idea, simple, inexpensive, thanks for sharing.

stopasking formynamegoogl says:

your mistake is that you’re spraying the center of the dent with the cold
air. you need to heat it and then just spray the PERIMTER with the cold
air. the cold will shrink and POP out the dent. good luck.

Chris Taylor says:

This does nothing. Tapping a dent in certain areas will help.

Than Oliver says:

The reason for the can being upside down is it get damn cold, you can give
yourself frost bite if not careful.

JeffJK says:

That’ll be $600

proutpower says:

Use an Hair dryer, not an heat gun, you can damage the paint with heat
gun…..

Dent Terminator says:

Hi Ken,
thanks for posting the video.
I can attest to that quarter being pretty closed up.
Paintless dent repair doesn’t use heat or cold like this, but we can sure
fix the rest of it for you.

sampson marshall says:

Ive heard dry ice works well for this too, but i have never tried it

slopedawg1 says:

its fuckin science people! only works on certain dents, but it DOES work.
heat the metal, then cool the metal with frosty air. it causes the metal to
“tighten” . a little love tap is key sometimes to get it to un-pucker

the yod says:

A plunger would have been faster

Thomas Anderson says:

Just turn it into your insurance to fix that way it is done right

DivineYoma says:

You could have just hit that dent like that from the start. I know I do
auto body repairs. The heat gun and coolant did nothing to the dent…

Branden v says:

I stick with the don’t DENT it in the first place repair. Mine is
flawless.

zaftra says:

Not sure what people are on about, you can use heat to pop dints out. I
was just wondering if it could be done on the inside just using heat.

Tom Georgiades says:

where can you buy this compressed air? I can’t find any in the stores.

Highrolla1969 says:

This was not sucessfull at all, as I can see the big dent was now made into
a few smaller dents and you still have a wave in the panel. If you really
want it done right don’t be cheep take it to a body shop or someone who
knows what they are doing, body shops aren’t as expensive as people Think
and if they pull it with suction cups they will only charge $80 for it.

Benjamin Wentz says:

my dad used too do this with dry ice.

scatterklystix says:

definately good to know

the severe heat and cold temperatures DESTROY the clear coat…not to
mention that this application will not work on 99.9 percent of all dents.
