The warm-up controller in the KE-Jetronic from Bosch is responsible for smooth and continuous engine running. Removal, disassembly, cleaning and installation of K-Jetronic warm-up regulators.

The warm-up regulator in the K-Jetronic is responsible for regulating the fuel supply during cold starts in order to keep the engine in a stable operating state in the first few minutes after starting. At cold temperatures, the engine requires a richer fuel mixture in order to start and run properly. Once the engine is at operating temperature, the fuel supply can be reduced to a normal level.

The warm-up regulator in the K-Jetronic is usually a temperature-controlled valve that regulates the amount of fuel injected into the engine depending on the temperature of the engine and the intake air. This system ensures efficient combustion while reducing emissions during cold starts.

It is important to note that the K-Jetronic is an older injection system and has now been replaced by electronic injection systems in modern vehicles. Nevertheless, the K-Jetronic has an important place in the history of fuel injection in automotive engineering, and the warm-up regulator played a crucial role in ensuring smooth starting and running of engines in cold conditions.
