Great video.
Expose the balls haha
lmao “part number W O O D” thanks for the awesome video.
No, not long enough and OEM axle is hollow if you plan to use something else.
did this job the other day, following your video which helped loads. just an observation though, once the axle is out the car, to remove the CV joint from the shaft, can the old bolt be used to drive the shaft out of the CV joint?
For some reason after changing outer joint the ABS went crazy, every time i brake the ABS indicator lights up and the braking itself is different. Did I make something wrong?
Nice Kitty
When you knock off the joint….what happens the outer retaining clip? Does it get destroyed? Does it stay on the axle? Can it be reused?
Thanks for the very informative videos by the way.
Enjoyed the video, well lit, easy to follow, very helpful. Didn’t see the cat recognized in the credits though.
How much was the full axle from raxles?
Don’t know if it’s an issue but you installed it wrong. Sign up to my forum if you have any more questions.
I just did a boot on my Audi a4 today and didn’t pay attention to how the washers were installed and noticed I put them on the opposite way you did. Is this an issue as I thought I read the small plastic end faces the engine and goes on first and the metal washer small end goes towards the cv joint.
this cat needs affection.xD)))
excellent video!
I like your cat ..looks like my
Déjà vu!
