do you have to use the vacuum on both manifolds to keep them open or is it just the one manifold?
Hey charles how are u, my name is mano and i have audi vw workshop in beirut lebanon, u can pressure the coolant system and open the engine oil cap, if the oil separator(pcv valve) is diffective u will here coolant leaking sound or some wierd sounds from inside the engine and thats how ull know if the pcv valve gasket is worn or pcv valve itself is defective.
When taking off fuel lines, would I need to relieve some fuel pressure by taking out a fuse?

About to buy an S5 with one of these engines in New Zealand. Full survive history, done 140,000km (86,000 miles) 2011. Last service had a full set of coils and spark plugs, what’s your thoughts on long term reliability and that age/mileage. Had a trans service at 75,000 miles. Will be getting a pre purchase inspection, anything to look out for? Did notice about 1 second of timing chain rattle on start up. But went away quickly. Did have a different rattle that went away after 30 seconds. Any idea what that could be?

Does this engine have a MAF sensor? I know it has a MAP sensor but I just got this 2011 Audi A6 with this engine and I like to clean the MAF sensor when I get a new car.
