Best tool needed would be an extension ratchet!!
MAKE SURE that you have all the parts for the correct installtion of the diverter spacer like:
The 2 springs,
the (black & gold looking) valve cap (well that’s the color of mine),
and the thin black soloniod. I got the quality of the metal etc. of it tested, it’s perfect, else I wouldn’t have installed it.
Are all installed when watching 3:17 and onwards
It was a lot easier to work with the car when the intake (whether stock or after market) & the headlight was removed.
