My fellow Audi S3 Fanatics, it’s Peter, The Audi S3 Fanatic back with another DIY. For the longest time, I have wanted to install a CF front lip on my S3. For various reasons, I delayed the process but recently broke down and bought a CF “Pure” style front lip.

The install process was not difficult at all and can be performed using jack stands. Quality and fitment for this example, I couldn’t have asked for a better lip. It matches several CF pieces I have throughout my S3.

Before deciding and spending the money for a lip, make sure you’re OK with the following:

– must go over bump stops slowly
– must enter and leave certain driveways at an angle
– and most importantly, MUST be ok with the fact that…YOU WILL scrape our lip

If you’ve owned a motorcycle, the saying is…it’s not IF you’ll drop your bike. It’s rather, WHEN…

The same principle applies to this lip so choose wisely.

With that said, the look is amazing and makes the front end look aggressive.
