Bi-Turbo Audi Timing Belt Replacement From Hell

Bi-Turbo Audi Timing Belt Replacement From Hell

In this video I will show you how to remove the timing belt, roller, tensioner, water pump and Camshaft and Crankshaft Seals on a C5 Audi with the 2.7L Bi Turbo Engine. But this procedure should be very similar to all Audi and VW cars with the 2.8L Engine as well. You’ll need some special tools for this job like the crankshaft holding bolt and camshaft alignment locking tool.

TT's any easier?

Who has such a breaker bar (crankshaft bolt)? Imagine what this would cost at a dealership. All this effort isn't worth it just for a water pump. Once you are working in that area you basically have to do all of this.
Man I can really appreciate my little, super accessible Ford Zetec engine after watching these videos.

Note to self: don't buy this car even if it only cost 1$. I would charge 2800 dollars to do that.
