Great job! You make it look so simple…

Can you give an advice how to open Jetta 2012 headlights? As i understand
you cannot ‘bake’ them, as the sealant used from factory is very strong.
Some people cut them…but i dont want to use that method. Thanks!

Aiya Gertland says:

By the way, do you know the diameter of the space you’re placing it? Those
look beast!

Aiya Gertland says:

This vid was exactly what I was looking for. Although some things happened
so fast I barely knew what you were doing, but still, thanks.

Hi! Do these fit the Skoda Octavia 2 1z3 headlights without cutting them?
The headlights are stock without projectors. I mean the lenght inside the
headlight will suffice?. And will the electric hight adjustement in the
headlights still work? Thank you!

Oskar Maśnicki says:

Amazing!
On which temperature is the heat gun set?

Amirul Haziman says:

This is the most brilliant heating method I’ve ever seen!
I never had the chance to remove my headlight cover because my microwave
oven is too small haha.

Btw. can you also use a hair dryer to heat it up? Is it sufficient enough?

Wilkins McDonald says:

What LED is that in the hi-beam corner?

Devonte Moore says:

I wish you guys could do that to my 07 Ford Focus. But I’m in Florida. 🙁
….I’d pay you $250 for both projectors install and installing an 8000K
HID bulb behind it.

Abir Ahmed says:

Thanks a million on this video. Great, straight to the point, and no extra
bs.

Google+ Sucks says:

What a retarded way of opening headlights. Just run the heat gun over the
seams for about 2-3 minutes AFTER you remove the tabs. Then pull the cover
at the lip and use the heat gun on the sealant as you pull to make it split
cleanly, Simple and quick…

Gerardas .Nausutis says:

Don’t you have to align your lights properly before asembling them
completely? And if yes, how is it done?

Kevin Ng says:

so a normal blow drier will be enough to heat up the lights to break the
seal?

Александр Чижов says:

as a total unit 1 enters the lens?

Booruvcheek says:

Are these headlights street legal? I mean – without washers and automatic
beam adjustment?

DrFroster says:

What is the time you heated a headlight?

Mike Pietersen says:

Was this the Iris shroud?

Schajan Ahadi says:

How much is it for a pair of lights and does ist shine really white or does

Gaby Kenssyo says:

I want to buy from you shop projector lens, but its necesary to buy butyl ?

Marius says:

erozik says:

Awesome job! Does the heating part for taking off the lens works also on A6
C6 headlight. I have heard that there is some different sealent used and
its not going to melt?

Vipul Goel says:

Nyc n clean work done !

Kris Waclawski says:

Ah. So If I understand correctly : the way you hook it up there results in
low beam over Xenon, but you make a pass-through with the Hi-beam original
light in order to not only activate the Hi-Beam solenoid switch in the
Xenon : that way, when you Switch on Hi-beam, both the original Hi-beam
Reflector Hallogen lights up AND the Xenon retrofit goes into Hi-Beam
position. The result is in Hi-beam, you’re really throwing 2 Bulbs (one
Xenon, one original Hallogen) into Hi-beam ?

Mohamad Al Amin Hijazi says:

U r doing a great job. It’s not easy at all to be done at home.
