I was going to pay $140 to buy a used card tray as mine was broken, seemed like a hell of a lot to pay for a bit of plastic. So searched the internet and didn’t find any videos or info on directly repairing the tray. My problem was the tray would stay open and would not latch shut.

After looking at the system and the way it worked I discovered a quick and easy way anyone can fix it at home with spending maybe $2 – $3. If you don’t have an angle grinder you could use a file.

A video like this would of helped me a lot and saved me heaps of time and stress. Hope you enjoy it and it helps you all. Decided to make this short clip / video after repairing it.
