Did u replace this because of the steering defective message ?
Dose it have to be reprogrammed ?
My 2013 Audi A4 has that message wondering if this is the fix for it ?

Excellent job. Looks like they did a great job with the engineering on this vehicle. My steering rack is much harder to get to, and has four bolts facing up towards the engine. š Why Toyota, why?

i had a flood in my area and had to change my steering rack to a used one.
i have Audi A6 2012 and i replace the steering with an A7 which is compatible after checking with Audi Dubai.
now the problem after doing the programming, the computer did not recognize the part and couldn't activate my steering rack.
any idea what is going on.

And one thing i want to ask.my car is 2.0tfsi engine.2012.acceleration is very low till the 20-25 kmh.after 20-25kmh it accelerate well.generally it thinks when u accelerate.what can cause to this?the computer diagnostic cant find any problem.
Computer diagnostic says the sensors inside the rack doesnt work.and the brain of it.we are not so lucky, because we doesnt have such good masters as u
