I have to get behind my lighter and defroster panel to hook the cable back
up to the lighter component after I install a new, non-corroded
lighter socket. The problem is the panel only comes out about an inch, not
enough to see or do anything. I’m guessing something is catching on some of
the wiring which is preventing me from pulling it out a bit farther to get
my hands behind it. Any suggestions? I’ve got an ’85 camaro sport coupe.
