Easy install on 2014 Tacoma. Installation was exactly as shown on this
video.

Do you put the weathertechs behind or in front of the rubber strip on the
car windows?

John Doe says:

I was really excited to get my side window deflectors and they have swirl
marks all over them. I also can’t roll my window up at all. I think my
window motors are going to burn up if I keep these on. The window still
parts also gouged the door liner. This is now a headache.

OmegaShenron6670 says:

no adhesive needed on the front ones? they just slip in?
also are these easy to take off? because i have a 97 toyota tacoma xtra
cab and i was recently given a set and i like them, but it does slightly
obscure vision so i was gonna keep them on just for winter and then take
them off for summer…hopefully the uninstall is just as easy as the
install?

This video provides complete instructions. Written instructions provided
with the product are lacking in the details this video covers. Wish I had
seen this 1st before chipping the ends of the back set.

Hi sonboogie, great question! If it is a “stick on” style, you can use
fishing line to “cut” the 3M automotive tape by sliding the fishing line in
between the vehicle and the vent visor, and make a sawing motion to remove
the vent visor. Don’t force or bend the visor. If there is residual tape,
you can use Goo Gone, a similar product or very hot water a soft scrubber
to remove the residue. Make sure any product is safe to use on painted
surfaces.

dat lisp.

We do have accessories for the Toyota Prius. Please head over to our
website (linked above) and put your Make, Model and Year in on the
left-hand side to see which window deflectors we have for your specific
vehicle. Thanks!

RealTruck.com says:

Use a good 3M double sided tape. Make sure you remove the old adhesive
first.

dabomb11232 says:

Security wise…can these deflectors be easily removed while the windows
are rolled up? I have had stick on deflectors that have been stolen twice
and im thinking maybe these may deter thieves because they look like they
would be a bit more difficult to rip off?

RealTruck.com says:

These window deflectors are in-channel deflectors so as long as your window
is rolled all the way up they are locked in and secure from any thief’s.
