I appreciate suggesting the bungie cord for the mufflers. Was not sure what would happen once released.
You really should torque these to the proper torque its pretty important, over torquing will damage the bolt and or thread and under torquing could cause the bolts to loosing and fall out.
How did you get the spare tire back on? The hitches I have found to buy that look like yours say they interfere with the spare and you can't put it back on where it goes.
