car $7500 type R motor didn’t pass north Carolina test. .usa computer can’t
read the car or motor. ….I been done with Honda don’t get me wrong still
love it….now playing with Mercedes BMW Lexus. …
The best way to do this is every day when your car is warming up, step on
your clutch and put it in every gear! From 1st to reverse. This is good
because your pre-lubing your all your components before friction is applied
by driving your car.
I am an owner of a type r integra and I had a slight grinding when changing
from 2nd to 3rd and 3rd to 4th….was going to get my transmission fluid
replaced or perhaps a gearbox rebuild for 800 quid plus…. this method
instantly cured the grind. I hope it’s not a short lived fix. Very happy

Just bought an ITR last week, any only just started high revving it, going
from 2nd to 3rd over 7,000RPM gets me a nasty crunch but changing slightly
slower under 7k is fine, also driving around without high revving and 2nd
to 3rd is fine.
My first gear grinds in high rpms will it work Help plz ?? Wat if my 3rd
gear grinds on low and high rpms the minute i put in 3rd it grinds will it
work?
Type R LSD Transmission grinding on 3rd gear when runs hot or high RPM. I
was going to build the transmission or replace the 3rd hear synchronizer,
but found out this worked! It stopped grinding and hopefully I can help
someone out there. Try this method first before you try to replace.
I know you said itl lubricate it more but isn’t this a gamble? Either it
could become more lubricated or couldn’t it wear down the synchronizer even
more?

U don’t actually put it into the gear, u just gently push it a little so u
feel some resistance
