Nice video. Like how you used screwdriver to retract piston. Thought l would need special brake tool to spin the piston back.

Thanks my amigo you are the best of the best jaja

Andrew Maldonado says:

As an ase certified tech I’m telling all people please don’t do this. There’s a epb function in any good scanner for this reason. Never disconnect and never manually refund the piston on caliper unless cars in service mode for breaks.

ANDREW JOSEPH Nierras says:

Hello, Why change the rear brake and rotors?? Is it AWD?? Vibrating/shaking when braking ?

Totalpckge says:

Is this procedure the same for a 2017 Acura RLX?

Annie Boo says:

My lights all went on after replacing my brakes any advice you can give on that? 2016 Acura tlx

atrains says:

Great video. I used it to do my back brakes. Only thing I would add is if anybody wants to paint their calipers and caliper bracket they should do so while doing the brakes. Maybe add the torque values for the caliper bolts and bracket.

Per Acura it’s 80 lb-ft for the caliper bracket bolts and 53 ft-lbs for the caliper slide bolts.

Thanks for making this video for all of us who have never done it before.
