on the stock radio can you bluetooth music to the nav? or usb an ipod?

if i wanna have 2 12″ subs in the trunk of my 09′ tl would i be able to
hear my subs clearly if i have the opening in the backseat to the trunk
closed and without removing the stock sub? and should i have my subs in a
dual ported box facing forwards or backwards and how bad would the trunk

Nice video Doug, I bought the JL 900/5 amp by watching a couple of your
videos. Right now I got the avic z110bt with the amp and some Alpine
components speakers they are the spx 17pro, I was trying to buy the kind of
speakers your guys mention but didn’t found a nice store with them in
stock. What do you think about the alpine spx 17 pro? and which way should
I go with the sub should I get 2 W3 or just 1 like you guys did with the
audio A3?

I have a EXL civic with navi. Its t-tapped from the stock 8″ to a PAC SOEM.
I have the bass down all the way on the headunit and the sub at neutral.
Its sounds nice but its hard to adjust the mids since the bass is down. Id
like to keep the bass boost and bass down so the subs dont sound like shit.

I have the same vehicle and I will be having the same gear installed except
I will be using the XL comps and a 12w6v2. I have a few questions… Did
you guys use anything like a cleansweep or 3Sixty.2 etc. to integrate with
the factory radio? I have a 3Sixty.2 I was gonna use but was told it wasn’t
necessary. What’s your opinion? and how was the sound in the vehicle once
it was done? Love the install… Thx

and how would i tune everything, would i just have to get an aftermarket
equalizer! THE BOTTOM LINE IS: IS IT WORTH IT, AND CAN I MAKE IT SOUND JUST

Hello Soundman, I was wondering if you guys have ever hooked up a JL Audio
CleanSweep to a 5 channel amplifier. If so, how do I connect it since the
Clean Sweep only has 4 outputs (front,rear) while the Alpine MRX-v70 have 6
inputs (front,rear,sub). Do I just use RCA y-adapters?

@SaLiNeE94 I always keep the factory head units when i do systems in TL’s.
You can make em sounds great. You don’t have to use an EQ, but you can..
Look into the JL Audio Clean Sweep. To hook the amps up to the factory
stereo just tap the wires in the passenger kick panel like we show in the
video, you can run those straight to the amps, or to the Cleansweep. so to
answer your question Keep the factory NAV.
