Does anyone tried any other kind of spark plugs? This car needs iridium, but copper better huh?
Well done tutorial. Thank you.
Excellent video. Clear and Easy to follow!!
Friend wants to change spark plugs. She realized how much the ignition coils are and I believe they are sold individually on her TL. Can she just get the plugs replaced and leave the stock coils on? The car runs good just that she was told she needs plugs being her car is over 100k miles
Never use Bosch that car needs NGK iridium
You're not supposed to touch those coil packs with your bare hands. Those back plugs suck!
Genial! Thanks for sharing
Jesus are your headlights new
What type of plug did you use that had appropriate gap from manufacturer
If you have a torque wrench, torque it to 15lb/ft over torquing like it looked like he did can cause lots of issues
Remove the shock tower sway bar as recommended in this video. I removed the bar and completed the job in 2 hrs. The 1st time I replaced the plugs, I did not remove the bar and I fought it for 4.5 hrs and I loss some blood in the process. Do yourself a favor – remove the bar.
How many miles did you have on those plugs?
WOOOOW sooo cleannnnnn. Wish my 04 TL was this clean lol
3G TL for life!
Thank you so much for this video, very much appreciated!
Thanks for sharing this video. Very helpful!
Thanks for putting up the video! Keep up the good work! Hoping to see more TL videos soon
Very awesome video. I want to get a 2016 Acura TLX. Those cars look nice and I've always liked the Honda V6 J-Series engines.
You are wrong, you should never use anti seize on any spark plug, spark plug manufacturers even say the same thing, it's an old myth that is dying hard.
Thank you for doing 3G acura tl videos, subbed to this channel for that since i got one recently. Glad to see you still doing work on these cars :). And I've got to say, that engine bay is looking fresh
Thx for the vid!!!
Next time someone says FWD is great! Show them this video.
the back plugs are not easy to get to on most V6 engine's
Thank you so much. I have an 06 TL and this video has encouraged me to give this a shot.
Good info on anyone that has to do this job. Nice job with the video man!
