This was me testing the waters on installing an intake, that’s why things didn’t fit up correctly.. eBay + not prepared = ehh yea.. I am going to get a proper breather hose and OEM clamps, also, thinking of getting some type of heat shield for the filter.
This intake didn’t “make power” but DANG!! It sure freed up power!! It’s a night and day difference!!!
People might say this is a “hot air intake” no mater what setup you have, for the RSX you’ll always have a coolant hose 1” away from the intake pipe adding to the natural heat soak

my rsx has a short ram intake from when i bought the car and it's just sucking up hot air into the engine making my car feel sluggish i want to re route it or get an actual cold air intake for it
