My brake lights wouldn’t turn off even when the pedal wasn’t being pressed – this is a pretty common problem on older Hondas. The little pad that contacts the brake pedal switch wears out and replacing it is necessary to get the brake lights working as they should. You can find these on Amazon for super cheap. I paid less than $5 delivered overnight for a pack of 4 and that should last me for a few more project cars.

Good to know.. this happen to me last year, found the broken pieces in the floor just like this..i have a ball of electrical tape jammed in the hole for now lol
