How was the second cam installed without drilling a hole? Can I route the wire for cam 1 the same way as cam 2 and make something to plug it?

Hello, I have some questions on the aftermarket radio situation with the Acura TL. I was wondering if it was possible to remove the nav screen and place the aftermarket radio or something else instead but like also still have it connected for the ac controls of course maybe kept behind the new set up or in the truck
