so your car is 05 sti and has single stage airbag?
Do i just tighten the bolt until its snug? The middle bolt where it holds everything together. Mine is a little stripped and Ive tried tightning it as much as i can and it does turn but im just not 100% sure please help
Did your airbag light come on
Does your airbag light show after the installation?
Don't cut those wires, just unplug the connector and with a 3ohm resistor you won't even get an airbag light!
3:15 "moans"
This is the reason because in europe there is very rigid rules for what you can and what you cannot do in your car. Other wise we will see people "cut the wire unnecessary". Right?
Just put some new semi slick tires on my '06 STI and for a better steering control I need a grippier steering wheel surface. Your video was extremely helpful for me in order to properly remove the steering wheel for shipping it to the upholstery shop. Thanks for the support!
