This will be a step by step tutorial on how to install a GX470 Tesla-Style screen.
I bought this unit from the Phoenix Automotive website:

Great video even with just one hand filming. Very detailed explanation and patiently walked through each step. Subbed.
Does this system still control the climate?
Love the midwest pronunciation of the word 'console' to sound like 'council'. Must be a Chicago thing. 18:06 .
Does battery need to be disconnected while installing??
what kind of remote start you running? i wanted the new viper but it wasnt compatible due to the stock nav system
Ok thanks I love how many times he said I'll do so!
How would you rate the new audio VS the stock?
How much is it$?
So I checked the Phoenix website
can I do this with 2006 GX 470 ?
The link I copied /paste on the website you provided
[ PX6 SIX-CORE ] 10.4" VERTICAL SCREEN ANDROID 9 FAST BOOT NAVIGATION RADIO FOR LEXUS GX 470 2003 – 2009
$679. ( Is this legitimate aftermarket product work with the specs of the car ?
Can my alternator keep up ,basically ?)
Nice video except that you did not include hooking up the wiring harnesses? Thank you for showing where the harnesses go on the back of the new head unit, but why not show the hookup to the GX wiring harness? Is this not crucial to a proper installation? I realize that you should be able to figure it out by what fits, but what about the connection to the can bus decoder? Well I just figured that out while writing this that it connects to the Pink (02-09 Land Cruiser Air Conditioning) wiring harness but you didn't show that.
Overall it is a good video but would have been better had you included wiring the unit into the dash.
Can you tell us more about the carbon fiber wrap; it looks really nice and is something I'd want to do. I don't like the OEM wood colored panels.
