Hi just to confirm these LED bulbs one side have a white bulb and the other has I guess you're talking about this board which on my bulb is like a yellow strip are you saying the yellow strip should be facing out shining into the car because right now I have it facing in and then the clear white part of the bulb facing out shining into the car

The lamps I have tried in the past always stayed dimly lit after closing the door. Will these turn completely off after the door is shut?
