“All jeeps tend to heal themselves” lmao
That was freibergers son and jeep… Oooooohhhhhhhhhhhhhh….
Was that David’s crusher camero? Looked like it
Great episode!, I love the fact that you guys actually show the building
proces instead of editing it into an 10 second A team montage like most
shows. And man what a nice jeep, I really like the looks of the Willy, an
old roof rack would finish it for me. Damn I really wish we had some desert
mountain terrain here in the Netherlands xD
ford engine blown up that aint suprizeing
Skumbag Freiberger strikes again. I was like “this guys got an identical
camero to the crusher” then i figured it out.
Damn almost thought that was the Crusher Camaro
Why not a turbo V6 engine instead of a monster V8 that takes so much work
to fit in? maybe a 3.5 ecoboost or something in it would be better and
easier to fit into projects like this, and probably be better too in a lot
of ways
Fred Finds a ’61 Willys Wagon!
So a big block Ford fit and they didnt have to hack it up but a Ls would
not fit because he wanted to use the pos 3 speed? What a toolbox, should
have put a 4l80 or even a 60 in it and it would have been much easier and
got great fuel mileage.
These guys are on the west coast uploading videos for us at 3:30am pst.
Love it. Thank you Motor Trend
What would you know, stripped plug wires on a vortec. Happens everytime!
Is that Pigpen from Roadkill at 11:55?
I just knew that was freiburgers plan at the end there.
What was that pink thing??? ._.
That motor is form a chevy Tahoe 2002 right?
David is a genius. LOL
The GM 4.8L Vortec is a really good budget V8 option for someone who wants
a little more power for not a lot of money. Later on, if you want, you can
make stupid amounts of power with it.
David Frieburgers son?
Why not just drop another 460 back in it? That’d be sooo much cooler (and
cheaper) than a Chevy Vortec like every other project on this channel… I
guess if I had all my parts paid for I’d just blow money for no reason.
Plus you wouldn’t have to have spent days fabbing it up. The work was
already done!
How old is Freiburger? He seems kinda old.
If it had a chevy engine in it instead of a ford engine it would have never
blown. 😉 Aww c’mon…you coulda taken a 292 and hopped it up for more
power. 6 cylinders are better than you think.
Was that Freiburgers kid?
For f**k sake. Just because its a yellow Camaro doesnt mean its Friebergers
Crusher!
um…hasent been moved since 1978 but the crusher camaro is sitting beside
it. lol good episode
i would of bought that Camaro fuck the jeep off roading is boring is fuck
DUDE!!!! AT 1:03 IS THE CRUSHER CAMARO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Now that is the way to go offroad. An OLD jeep!
My dad had a ’59 Willys Wagon back in 1982 or so. 300 bucks, ran on 3 of
the 6 cylinders. Fixed it up, great for the woods.
This show sucks, we need more roadkill
Haha, it wasn´t until Freiburger exposed his genius plan that it dawned on
me that it was his son at the beginning and not the son of the Jeep owner
… I really liked to see more of the mechanics stuff how the got the car
running but well, can´t have everything, right …
Hey on some of ur older videos. U were able to find cheap trucks at a good
price. Could u direct me to where u find stuff like that
Brand placement (Crusher in the garage) aside, I think David should have
foreshadowed a bit more. Who DOESN’T think this 61 Willy’s could be a
bitchin’ parts showcase for future episodes? I’m just guessin’ they will
not stop at mere braking…for Fred and the dogs. Not for selfish reasons.
Oh, what the hell.
How big are those tires?
Of all the awesome things you’ve done on Dirt Every Day, this and the
Alabama Army Truck are my favorites!
It made me ill to see you butchering that poor Jeep. I could see it if the
Jeep was a rustbucket or damaged, but that body was solid! It should have
been kept original, in my opinion.
What a shame.
how much power does that 4.8engine make
